All sales of jewelry items are final, and we cannot accept returns or refunds. We will send photos of your order before shipping to assure you that our products undergo quality checks.

3. Custom and Personalized Items:

Custom or personalized jewelry items are crafted to meet your unique specifications and are exempt from our return and refund policy. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order. You will receive a photo of the bracelet size before shipping. Any resizing service after the bracelet has been received will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Return Shipping:
