All sales of jewelry items are final, and we cannot accept returns or refunds. We will send photos of your order before shipping to assure you that our products undergo quality checks. 

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective jewelry item, please contact us at hello@ladysandstone.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and provide instructions on how to proceed, which may include a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item.

3. Custom and Personalized Items:

Custom or personalized jewelry items are crafted to meet your unique specifications and are exempt from our return and refund policy. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order. You will receive a photo of the bracelet size before shipping. Any resizing service after the bracelet has been received will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.

5. Exchange Policy:

We do not offer exchanges for jewelry items. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and following the standard return process for the original item.

6. Cancellation:
