How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within the Philippines typically takes 2–5 days after shipment. International shipping times vary depending on the destination.

Do you offer same-day or rush delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery may be arranged depending on our availability. Please contact us so we can arrange accordingly.
How can I track my order?

Are your crystals genuine?
Yes. Lady Sandstone jewelry features authentic crystals and gemstones, thoughtfully sourced for their beauty and energy.
We’re committed to transparency and will always disclose if a stone is enhanced or lab-made.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the photo?
Each stone is unique, so color and pattern variations are natural. We photograph our pieces either in natural light or studio light to reflect their true appearance as closely as possible.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep your pieces away from moisture, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry pouch or box to preserve their shine and energy.
Do you resize bracelets, necklaces?
It depends on the design. We can resize bracelets, necklaces to a smaller fit free of charge, and can increase the size if additional material is available.
We offer free/affordable options if you’d like to upsize so please contact us to discuss in more detail.
Do you cleanse the crystals?
Yes. We cleanse our crystals with sage or palo santo before they reach you, and we encourage you to continue cleansing them regularly to maintain their energy.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, GCash, and bank transfers. For international customers, we also accept payments via Wise. Please refer to our Payments page for more information.
Can I reserve products?
We don’t accept reservations, but you’re always welcome to message us if you’d like to be notified when a piece becomes available again.
Can I pay in installments?
At the moment, we don’t offer installment options directly, but some payment providers may support it through their own platforms.
